(SELECT) conferences to include in message scan.

 In order to determine what conferences you want to scan or read mail in,
 you must select the conference.  This command will enable you to select
 the conferences that you want to scan.

 Subcommands
  #   = Conference number to select.
  #-# = Conference number range to select.
  #;# = Conference numbers to select.
  S   = Select all conferences.
  D   = Deselect all conferences.
